Wine Pairing:  Sumac Ridge Stellar’s Jay Brut

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop popcorn
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp white truffle oil
  • 2 sprigs of fresh, chopped thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Cracked pepper to taste

Preparation:

Melt butter and keep warm. Pop popcorn in an air popper till all kernels have popped. Place into a medium size bowl and toss with a drizzle of melted butter and white truffle oil. Finish seasoning with fresh herbs, salt and pepper. Pair with Sumac Ridge bubbly!
